These Terms & Conditions apply to all tours provided by Lady of Golden Prague.

 

Booking

 

A booking is confirmed once we agree on the date and details by email, WhatsApp, or another agreed communication channel.

 

 

Payment

 

Payment can be made in cash (CZK or EUR) or by card, unless otherwise agreed in advance.

 

 

Cancellation Policy

Free cancellation is possible up to 24 hours before the scheduled tour.

 

If a guest cancels less than 24 hours before the tour or does not show up, the tour may be charged in full.

 

 

Weather Conditions

 

Tours take place in most weather conditions.

In case of extreme weather or unforeseen circumstances, we may agree on rescheduling the tour.

 

 

Responsibility

Guests participate in the tour at their own responsibility.

Lady of Golden Prague is not liable for personal injury, loss, or damage during the tour.
